In the old days, you would put together dossiers that were kept in archives that required a great deal of space – they were often so large and difficult to manage that a special archivist was needed to keep everything under control.
In the “paperless society” there has been no decline in the amount of paper or information. As a result, information management systems have become more and more complex. This why a large part of our work today involves helping our clients set up, understand and get the maximum use from their customer registers.
