Return guarantee - for your safety

At PAR we do everything we can to ensure that all addresses are up-to-date. That’s why we make 2,000,000 updates in our registers every year.

The number of returns must total at least 10 items. The guarantee only applies to returns by post; not to follow-up materials or customer information. The guarantee is valid for 45 days from the date of delivery and only applies to items delivered by the postal service. All you need to do is to send the returned items, together with a copy of your paid invoice and a return guarantee slip, to the address below, and we will send you your money.

The guarantee is not valid for an amount greater than the purchase amount and only applies to addresses from the Parad register.
