PAR introduces SuperOffice plugin and Microsoft Dynamics CRM upgrade
PAR, Europe’s leading company in direct marketing and business information, has developed additional connections between CRM systems and its pan-European business-to-business database, EuroContactPool.
New plugin - PAR Manager
The company is pleased to announce that a new plugin for SuperOffice CRM and an upgrade of its highly successful Microsoft Dynamics CRM plugin have been developed. A plugin for Salesforce.com will be introduced in August 2009.
PAR has worked with its SuperOffice partner, Adwiza ApS in Denmark, to develop a plugin that allows SuperOffice users to integrate their CRM systems seamlessly with more than 22 million companies in the EuroContactPool database.
The plugin module, which is called “PAR Manager", allows the import of high quality B2B data directly into SuperOffice from 16 European databases.
It also makes cleaning data and duplicate removal from data in SuperOffice possible by matching registers to the EuroContactPool database.
New companies can be added quickly using a simple, web-based search function. This automatically transfers all data about the company – postal address, telephone number, NACE code, size of company, names of decision-makers, etc. – into SuperOffice, which reduces the time expenditure and errors associated with manual input.
Find new customers
New potential customers can be reached with the help of PAR’s segmenting tool. Users can identify a target group and analyse this in relation to existing SuperOffice CRM data and ensure that duplicates are not imported into the system.
PAR has also announced the development of version 2.0 of its plugin for Microsoft Dynamics, which was introduced at the beginning of 2009. Version 2 allows users to update and add information about customers who have, for example, responded to marketing campaigns. Complete company information can be entered directly from PAR’s EuroContactPool database and is flagged for ongoing updating, which continuously improves the quality of the CRM database. This process facilitates cost-efficient updating of databases that contain small amounts of company information.
EuroContactPool is the world’s fastest growing European company database, which now includes 22 million companies and 16.4 million decision-makers in 16 European countries.
