PAR introduces One-By-One plugin for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
PAR has introduced a plugin called One-by-One which allows users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to link directly to its pan-European database, EuroContactPool.
PAR has worked together with Cybernetics – a Microsoft partner and specialist in Dynamics CRM – to develop One-by-One. It allows users to verify and improve their customer data quickly and to find new customers by linking seamlessly to 22 million companies in the EuroContactPool (ECP) database.
Immediate updating
One-by-One allows users of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to search with the help of information they have received, for example, from a telephone call and immediately update with information from the ECP database, such as postal address, telephone number, NACE code, size of the company and names of decision-makers. After a search of e.g. company name or corporate identification number, the One-by-One application opens a window with a list of possible hits, so that users can select the matching company and directly import relevant information straight into the CRM system.
The imported company will be flagged for monthly synchronisation automatically, as changes occur in the ECP database. These changes will be updated in the CRM system as well.
Per Löfgren, Product Manager at PAR, says: “The most common reason for incorrect information in a company’s CRM system is manual registration errors and empty fields. One-by-One eliminates this by filling in all relevant fields automatically and synchronising continuously with our EuroContactPool database. This makes it possible for our customers to keep updated and correct information in their CRM systems at all times.”
