PAR continues to expand in the Baltic States with the EuroContactPool database

PAR is stepping up the expansion of its pan-European database, EuroContactPool, by a continued push into the Baltic States.

The company has announced the addition of Latvia to EuroContactPool, which takes the database past the milestone of 22 million units in 16 countries.

EuroContactPool is now the fastest growing business-to-business database in the world. The decision to continue its rapid growth is a result of increased demand for prospect data and data quality services in Europe. To a large extent, this is due to companies in the USA setting their sights on European economies in the wake of the financial crisis.

The Latvian information is collected through a partnership with one of the leading information suppliers in Latvia, SIA Datu Serviss, which guarantees that the information is of the highest quality. The information will be accessible for prospect processing, as well as linked to PAR’s services for cleaning, updating and analysis of customer information.

A European database must be pan-European

PAR’s International Product Manager, Per Löfgren, explains: “A European database must be truly pan-European and since companies today link their CRM systems up to different data sources, it is a big advantage to have one single pan-European supplier.”

The Latvian information can be selected using a series of different criteria, such as: NACE code, number of employees, geography, turnover, etc. In spite of currency fluctuations, EuroContactPool offers a standardised price for all its European data.
